About the Role
Groupe Restoleil is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire culinary production process, supervising a team, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the entire culinary production process, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Design and implement new dishes and working methods to improve productivity and quality.
- Work closely with the head chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations and achieve business objectives.
- Contribute to customer loyalty and development through exceptional performance and service.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards, quality charter, and budgetary requirements.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
- Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on creativity, quality, and consistency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
