Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Cuisine to join our team at HELP EMPLOI. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our lunch and dinner services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our clients.
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of dishes, ensuring consistency and high quality standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or equivalent role.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Culinary arts training or equivalent qualification.
- Strong sense of presentation and creativity.
- Good time and priority management skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team.
