About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Groupe Restoleil. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience for our guests.
  • Manage and supervise a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new kitchen procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
