We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Quality Director to join our team at Lagardère Travel Retail SAS. As a key member of our Group Operational Excellence Department, you will play a crucial role in driving top- and bottom-line store performance by continuously improving in-store execution.
Main Responsibilities- Organize and lead a team of operations managers to define and implement Group operational standards and quality tools/processes for all businesses operated.
- Ensure coordination with the rest of the department and central teams to achieve departmental objectives.
- Manage a variety of challenging projects and topics, including staff network tool, light kitchen, and other specific projects.
- Develop and implement a roadmap for the Operational Quality pole, taking into account countries' needs and Group's ambitions to improve operational standards.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Retail Operations and Operational quality.
- Experience in Duty Free, Foodservice, Travel Essentials, or several of these.
- Field/store experience highly appreciated.
- International experience would be a plus.
- A great opportunity to participate in the creation of a new department and function within the Group.
- A chance to build a new team and shape/lead its roadmap from scratch.
