Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Quality Director to join our team at Lagardère Group. As a key member of our Group Operational Excellence Department, you will play a crucial role in driving top- and bottom-line store performance by continuously improving in-store execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and lead a team of operations managers to define and implement Group operational standards and quality tools/processes for all businesses operated.
  • Manage a team of operations managers in the day-to-day, ensuring support and interactions with countries are well-covered and addressed.
  • Directly support countries for field issues and projects, with a hands-on and field approach.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, in line with objectives and expected quality, and manage communication and information for countries.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Retail Operations and Operational Quality.
  • Experience in Duty Free, Foodservice, Travel Essentials, or several of these.
  • Field/store experience highly appreciated.
  • International experience a plus.
