As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of field services. Your responsibilities will encompass leading teams, implementing technical expertise, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Your Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate your team to achieve contract objectives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Implement VINCI Energies' established QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) methods and best practices across all operations.
- Participate actively in weekly meetings and monthly/quarterly steering committees, providing valuable insights and contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including electronic logs, activity reports, and meeting minutes, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
- Monitor the quality of team services, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
- Organize and oversee preventive maintenance operations, minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment reliability.
- Manage maintenance requests and corrective maintenance operations efficiently, ensuring prompt responses and timely resolution.
- Ensure quick response times for interventions, demonstrating a commitment to resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
- Provide support for specific subcontracted services, coordinating efforts and ensuring seamless integration.
- Oversee the entire regulatory compliance process, including planning with subcontractors, accompanying inspections, analyzing reports, and following up on non-conformities.
- Manage necessary equipment for contract execution, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
- Handle spare parts and consumables inventory effectively, optimizing stock levels and minimizing disruptions.
- Enforce strict contract confidentiality measures, safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining trust with clients.
- Provide regular reports to Contract and/or Business Unit Managers on interventions, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes.
- Complete requests in the work order management system accurately and efficiently.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong technical background and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A higher education degree (Bac+2) in electrotechnics or a related field, coupled with relevant experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in electrical installations for commercial and industrial sites, demonstrating a thorough understanding of industry standards and best practices.
- Necessary certifications: H2V - B2V, BR BC testing, and CACES nacelle would be highly advantageous.
- A proactive approach to risk prevention and a strong customer service orientation, ensuring client satisfaction is paramount.
