About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in business applications, CRM, and ERP sales. As a Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new partners to target and onboard, developing marketing strategies, and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and onboard new partners to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract key players in the industry
  • Analyze partner performance metrics to optimize revenue streams
  • Negotiate contracts and lead negotiations to secure deals
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive partner recruitment and growth
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience in business applications, CRM, or ERP
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Experience in software sales, preferably in Dynamics or Salesforce
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work independently
  • Keen interest in working with marketing managers to develop campaigns
