Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Partner Success Manager

Job Description:

Pearson Carter is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Partner Success Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for onboarding new partners, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new partners to the Dynamics Ecosystem
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive partner engagement
  • Analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Negotiate contracts and lead negotiations with partners
  • Develop a comprehensive partner recruitment strategy to attract key players in the industry

Requirements:

  • 5 years of sales experience in the Dynamics Ecosystem
  • Experience in business applications across CRM or ERP
  • Software experience in Dynamics or Salesforce
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is up to €60k, with a great commission structure on top of this. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company, with a strong focus on professional development and growth.

Location:

This role is based in Paris, with the opportunity to work remotely and occasionally visit the office or clients' offices.
