Join Our Team as a Sales Advisor for Home Improvement

At La Maison, we're looking for a skilled Sales Advisor to join our team in Condé-en-Normandie. As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for managing and animating our bricolage department, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in our bricolage department, providing expert advice and guidance on our products.
  • Manage and maintain our bricolage inventory, ensuring that our shelves are always fully stocked and organized.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Work closely with our e-commerce team to ensure seamless integration of online and offline sales channels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • You have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of success in a retail environment.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • You're highly organized and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
