Position: Administrative Coordinator
We invite you to become a part of our esteemed team at ETS Public de Santé Barthélemy Durand, a prominent institution dedicated to mental health care. Our organization comprises a skilled workforce of 1600 professionals committed to delivering comprehensive mental health services across various age demographics. Location: Saint-Michel-sur-Orge
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Friday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative functions for the healthcare team
- Assist in managing patient documentation
- Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Organize meetings and maintain documentation
- Facilitate team operations and collaborate with various departments
- Support family inquiries and provide necessary assistance
Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold the integrity of medical information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Capable of collaborating effectively within a team and with diverse stakeholders
- Adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Commitment to ongoing learning and familiarity with medical terminology
