**Drive Growth with Bigblue**

Bigblue is a rapidly growing e-commerce company that is revolutionizing the way independent brands sell on the market. As a sales and partnerships manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and achieving our shared goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and recruit new partners through pitches, product demos, and negotiations.
  • Drive sales by generating SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) and creating opportunities for the sales team.
  • Organize internal training for staff and external training for partners.
  • Support the marketing and events team by planning and executing community events focused on key e-commerce topics.
  • Collaborate with the international partnerships team to share best practices and drive growth.

**Requirements:**

  • 3-5 years of indirect channel sales/partnerships management or complex sales experience.
  • Relationship skills: excellent at negotiating with market leaders and creating long-lasting relationships.
  • Target-driven, comfortable working with sales objectives, and a record of overachieving them.
  • Highly standalone person, autonomous, and reliable.
  • Empathetic and solid situational intelligence.
  • Proficient in English.
