Job Overview
En tant que Chargé(e) de Clientèle pour le secteur M&E, vous intégrerez la Direction Meetings & Events et Collectivités de notre Business Unit EAF Marchés, sous la supervision du Responsable Grands Comptes pour le marché français.
Notre structure sépare nos Resorts de nos unités commerciales. À ce poste, vous ferez partie de la Business Unit Europe Afrique Marchés, responsable des ventes dans plus de 10 pays en Europe et en Afrique.
Votre rôle consistera à élaborer un plan d'action aligné avec la stratégie commerciale établie par votre supérieur, visant à attirer de nouveaux clients et à fidéliser ceux de votre portefeuille sur le marché français, dans le but d'augmenter les ventes et le chiffre d'affaires. Vous collaborerez avec les équipes de soutien opérationnel et serez le point de contact privilégié pour le client tout au long de son parcours, depuis le premier contact jusqu'à la finalisation du dossier.
Missions Principales
Développement du Chiffre d'Affaires
- Évaluer votre activité et son potentiel (gestion de portefeuille)
- Élaborer un plan de prospection pour atteindre les objectifs de recrutement
- Établir des relations solides avec vos clients et leurs filiales pour maximiser leur potentiel
- Concevoir des propositions sur mesure, visant à satisfaire le client tout en garantissant la rentabilité de l'opération commerciale
- Fournir un reporting d'activité conforme aux attentes de votre supérieur
- Analyser les briefs et qualifier les offres associées
- Préparer et soutenir les présentations pour les appels d'offres (devis/presentations)
Accompagnement Client pour une Satisfaction Optimale
- Être le contact principal pour l'organisation des événements des clients, en collaboration avec les équipes de soutien opérationnel
- Organiser et, si nécessaire, accompagner les visites de repérage et la mise en place des opérations clients, en veillant à la bonne transmission des informations aux parties concernées
- Rédiger des comptes rendus suite aux réunions préparatoires, aux repérages et au déroulement des événements
- Assurer le suivi et le bon déroulement des événements de vos clients en relation avec les différents acteurs de Club Med (Pôle Événement / Production, Transports, Resorts) pour démontrer la qualité et le professionnalisme du suivi de leur dossier
- Suivre la réception des contrats, le paiement des acomptes et des factures finales
- Garantir le respect des conditions générales de vente pour vos dossiers
Profil Recherché
- Expérience significative dans le développement commercial MICE
- Une expérience dans le secteur du tourisme et/ou du luxe serait un atout
