Client Relationship Manager

At Tiffany & Co., we are seeking a highly skilled Client Relation Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving strategy and execution of all in-store and virtual client events, with a focus on new and existing client activations and bespoke experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute client experience strategies to drive sales and client retention
- Work closely with the EMEA Client Relations team and retail partners to execute in-store events and activations
- Collaborate with corporate partners to ensure brand standards are maintained while supporting a localized approach
- Manage client gifting programs and develop strategies to build sales through outreach to existing and new clients
- Represent the Tiffany & Co. brand at the highest level and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- 7+ years of event coordination experience
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Previous experience in client events and client relations
- Luxury industry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft and other IT tools
- Other spoken languages
- Knowledge of France, Benelux, and Monaco businesses
