Client Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager is a key role within Euronext, responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients and driving business growth. This position requires a unique blend of commercial acumen, strategic awareness, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging Euronext's product offerings and expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Service Delivery
- Ensure seamless service delivery to clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve client queries and escalate complex issues.
- Knowledge Sharing
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues, contributing to the development of Euronext's expertise and thought leadership.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
- Experience
- Proven experience in a business development, sales, or client-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
