Regional Sales Manager - France

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing assigned accounts within your region to achieve set targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop all assigned accounts within your region to achieve set targets.
  • Identify new sales opportunities to increase market share in an established market.
  • Devising and implementing account plans to accommodate strategic goals.
  • Support indirect channels in the region where applicable.
  • Deliver the required support & training to all accounts.
  • Support and deliver training to Consultants and specifiers in region as required.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and association meetings as required.
  • Collaborate across business areas to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain customer details, activities, and opportunities using the Salesforce CRM Tool.
  • Analyze key account sales figures on a regular basis to understand buying patterns utilizing company available tools.
Requirements:
  • Native French, ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
  • Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards.
  • Experience in using Salesforce CRM (or similar platform).
  • Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required.
