Key Responsibilities:- Support sales development through pre-sales activities, identifying leads, generating opportunities, and managing target accounts.
- Work closely with the Global Business Development Director to define targeted prospection and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research on customers to gather critical information and assess competitors.
- Reach out and maintain regular contact with leads/target accounts via phone, email, or online channels.
- Reopen and follow up on cold cases, and collect and communicate pre-sales supports.
- Organize and monitor sample activities to initiate approval processes.
- Directly handle slow gestation/small accounts and provide a positive/differentiated sales experience.
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects, update CRM systems, and ensure accurate sales pipeline tracking.
- Bachelor's degree from a four/five-years college or university, preferably in Food Science/Marketing/Business.
- 2-5 years' experience in a similar position, with a preference for experience in the food industry and/or food ingredients.
- Alignment with Terova's mission and values.
- Interest and familiarity with quality, performance, and sustainability standards.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Strong listening skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work as a team-player effectively with international teams.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and desirable experience working with CRM/ERP platforms.
