The position of Strategic Cyber Security Partnerships Manager is an exciting opportunity to join the Sekoia team in Paris, Rennes, or remotely. This role plays a crucial part in maximizing the sales of our security solutions by managing and developing strategic partnerships with resellers and distributors.
About the RoleAs a Strategic Cyber Security Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing strategic partnerships with resellers and distributors of cyber security solutions. You will maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensuring regular follow-up and developing an in-depth understanding of their needs and challenges.
You will also develop and implement partner channel sales strategies to maximize market penetration and increase revenues. Additionally, you will provide training to partners on our products and solutions, offer ongoing support, and analyze partner performance to prepare regular sales reports and propose corrective actions where necessary.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cyber security or IT sector. You should have demonstrated experience in managing partner relationships, including negotiation, growth strategies development, and partner program development.
You will also require an in-depth understanding of cyber security trends, technologies, and solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at different levels of an organization, are essential. Strong results-oriented management skills with business acumen and a focus on exceeding sales targets are also required.
Familiarity with analyzing sales and market data to identify opportunities and propose appropriate strategies is also necessary. Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with any other language being an asset.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around €80,000 per year, depending on experience. Business trips will be paid for by the company, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support.
