About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Account Manager to join our team at Sirva Bgrs Llc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing expert advice on relocation and assignment issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with client HR and line management to provide relocation and assignment solutions
  • Act as a point of contact for addressing inquiries and offering solutions throughout the relocation and assignment lifecycle
  • Assist HR and line management in determining the appropriate mobility solution or program for each relocation and assignment scenario
  • Provide policy counselling and guidance on policy selection, deliver costing analyses, research immigration timelines and challenges, and review payroll solutions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR and line management for assistance with navigating overall process and systems
  • Partner closely with SIRVA Consultants to effectively transition new authorizations and provide guidance throughout the relocation and assignment lifecycle
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience administering relocation policy
  • French tax and social security experience is preferred
  • Domestic and international relocation counseling experience preferred
  • PC proficiency - Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and job-related systems
