We are looking for an Account Manager - Client Success to join our team at Amundi Technology. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our client relationships and driving client success. Your mission will be to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs, and develop strategies to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and drive client success
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs
  • Develop strategies to meet client goals and objectives
  • Monitor Client Satisfaction and identify ways to improve it
  • Accountable for Customer Requests resolution and client support team capacity
  • Identify upselling opportunities and organize Billable man-days
  • Lead monthly operational client meetings and report Client strategic updates to AMT executive level
