Job Summary
We are looking for a trilingual client advisor to provide exceptional customer service to our European e-commerce customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and providing product information.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships from initial contact to resolution, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Provide product information, answer customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
