About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Administratif to join our France team as a Mobility Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing administrative operations across France.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle company mail and parcels with precision
- Register, store, and organize invoices from various providers using Excel, SAP, and other systems
- Provide managerial assistance, utilizing strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as experience with SAP
- Communicate effectively in English and French, with Spanish being highly appreciated

Estimated Salary Range: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
