About the Job

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our France team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing administrative operations in France, ensuring the smooth functioning of our business processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with SAP and HR knowledge are also highly valued.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handle the reception of company mail and parcels efficiently.
  • Scan and distribute documents to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
  • Archive and store documents according to company policies.
  • Respond to department requests as needed, ensuring effective communication.

Invoicing and Financial Management:

  • Register, store, and organize invoices from various providers in Excel, SAP, and other systems.
  • Liaise between providers, accounting, and managers regarding invoices, validation, and follow-ups.

Managerial Assistance:

  • Support the management team with administrative reports and tasks.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts as needed, contributing to the growth of our team.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with Spanish being highly appreciated.
  • Driving license (B1) and own vehicle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
