At Fortinet, we are seeking a highly skilled Techincal Account Manager to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their technical expertise and customer-facing skills to drive success with key enterprise customers.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of data networking protocols, security products, and technologies, as well as strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining trusted relationships with customers, providing expert technical guidance, and driving timely resolutions to complex issues.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical support or post-sales role, with a strong background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Fluency in English and French is essential, and prior experience with Fortinet products is a distinct advantage.

This role offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to the base salary, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
