Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain key account plans to boost the value we add to our clients'
organization.
• Proactively provide feedback to your team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to create a bigger impact
on our partnership with our clients.
• Establish a trusted adviser relationship to ensure our customers' overall satisfaction with our services
and technology.
• Plan strategies to help clients meet their objectives and prioritize resolution on escalated customer issues.
• Collaborate with product specialists to bring new ideas to the table and shape our product roadmap.

Requirements:
• A university degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking (English).
• 4 years of relevant work experience in customer-facing customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• Digital marketing-related experience in a customer-oriented position.
• Self-motivated and savvy tech bug who can improve relationships with clients.
• Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach effectiveness.
