Boucheron, a renowned luxury brand in the jewelry and watchmaking industry, seeks an exceptional professional to join its team as Strategic Client Growth Leader.
This role presents a unique opportunity to drive business growth by developing and implementing client-centric strategies that enhance engagement, transformation, and retention.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, experience with CRM software, and a proven track record in client development, preferably in the luxury sector. Fluency in English and French is highly valued.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with IT to oversee the implementation and optimization of the CRM ecosystem.
- Develop retail tools and training materials to support data capture and clienteling.
- Define activation and contact strategy through campaigns and different channels.
- Ensure data quality and conduct in-depth analysis of client data and engagement metrics.
- Present findings and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain data privacy compliance and ensure that all CRM practices comply with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in CRM management and client development.
- Strong project management skills and experience working with CRM software.
- Ability to understand and express business needs to IT teams.
- Team management experience and ability to lead a team of professionals.
- Fluency in English and French is highly valued.
