This role presents a unique opportunity to drive business growth by developing and implementing client-centric strategies that enhance engagement, transformation, and retention.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, experience with CRM software, and a proven track record in client development, preferably in the luxury sector. Fluency in English and French is highly valued.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with IT to oversee the implementation and optimization of the CRM ecosystem.
  • Develop retail tools and training materials to support data capture and clienteling.
  • Define activation and contact strategy through campaigns and different channels.
  • Ensure data quality and conduct in-depth analysis of client data and engagement metrics.
  • Present findings and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain data privacy compliance and ensure that all CRM practices comply with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in CRM management and client development.
  • Strong project management skills and experience working with CRM software.
  • Ability to understand and express business needs to IT teams.
  • Team management experience and ability to lead a team of professionals.
  • Fluency in English and French is highly valued.
