Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of CRM and client activation processes, as well as strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Asset Management and Coordination:
    • Oversee the re-use and coordination of transversal client development assets across all streams, including clienteling, client activation, new client journeys design, client AI & data algorithms, and playbook productions.
    • Ensure the consistent application and updating of the client lifecycle across the organization.
  • Program Design and Implementation:
    • Contribute to the design and monitoring of new assets, ensuring they align with the overall client development strategy.
    • Drive adoption of playbooks and demo materials, including documentation and videos, to support the implementation of clienteling, CRM AI, and marketing automation strategies.
  • Evangelisation and Training:
    • Promote the adoption and utilization of client development assets within the group, divisions, regions, and maisons.
    • Conduct training sessions, demos, and workshops to evangelize the use of CRM tools and assets across the organization.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Track the adoption and performance of client development initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
    • Follow up and manage relationships with key partners to ensure the continuous improvement of client development programs.
    • Guide and support maison business teams throughout the implementation phase until go live.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Lead client development initiatives for transversal group projects, working closely with internal teams including LVMH digital, IS&T (product owners, stream leads, IS CRM & clienteling), and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between teams to drive the success of client development programs.
  • Maison Success Management:
    • Manage the success and satisfaction of maisons by ensuring that their journeys are optimized and aligned with the overall business objectives.
    • Collaborate with clienteling, CRM, and marketing automation teams together with IS&T to industrialize maison onboarding.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
