About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Director to lead our Loyalty and Partnerships team at Accor. As a key member of our Digital & Business Factory, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional user experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of product designers to create innovative and engaging user experiences for our loyalty program and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, and marketing, to ensure design alignment and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across our products and services.
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design and user experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product design leadership, with a focus on loyalty and partnerships.
- Proven track record of delivering successful product design projects that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of designers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
