Customer Success Operations Leader

Eversun is looking for a proactive and skilled Customer Success Operations Leader to manage and enhance the entire post-sales experience for our solar energy solutions. This essential position focuses on ensuring a smooth transition from contract finalization to installation delivery, supervising the performance of the installation team and the design bureau, and ensuring that all activities are completed promptly. The perfect candidate will possess strategic insight, outstanding leadership capabilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the complete customer journey from contract signing to solar panel installation.
  2. Create and execute strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Collaborate with the installation team and design bureau to guarantee timely and effective installations.
  4. Oversee project timelines, ensuring all activities are finished within the designated schedule.
  5. Identify and resolve any challenges or delays in the installation process.
  6. Maintain consistent communication with customers, providing updates and addressing their needs.
  7. Evaluate customer feedback and data to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  8. Work with other departments to optimize processes and improve the overall customer experience.
  9. Mentor and develop the customer success team, promoting a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Demonstrated experience in a customer success leadership or project management role, ideally within the solar energy sector.
  3. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and manage various projects concurrently.
  6. Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving skills.
  7. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  8. A genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
