Role Overview
The Customer Success team at Dataiku is committed to enhancing customer engagement and driving business results by guiding clients on their journey to realizing value from our platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients in our Retail & Growth sectors, particularly focusing on Italian accounts.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, increased adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Align with key stakeholders to support the vision and implementation plans established during the pre-sales phase.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Dataiku's unique value proposition and the business benefits our solutions provide.

- Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs and outcomes to effectively guide them in leveraging Dataiku's offerings.
- Monitor customer progress towards their desired outcomes and communicate these results to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Establish regular communication with clients to review their strategic objectives and product usage.

- Utilize Customer Adoption & Health analytics to identify risks and opportunities for growth, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Prioritize and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Build trusted relationships with internal teams, including Sales, Services, and Product Management.

Qualifications
- A minimum of seven years of experience in customer success or account management, with a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with varying complexities and sizes, including multi-million dollar contracts.
- Familiarity with key performance indicators such as Gross Dollar Retention and Net Dollar Retention.

- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders effectively.
- A solid understanding of data science concepts and the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
