Responsabilités- Gérer l'équipe de ventes et la mettre en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de vente pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux
- Évaluer et améliorer les performances de l'équipe de ventes
- Collaborer avec les équipes marketing et produit pour développer des stratégies commerciales efficaces
- Expérience en gestion de ventes et en stratégie commerciale
- Compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe
- Capacité à analyser et à évaluer les performances de l'équipe de ventes
- Compétences en communication et en négociation
