Drive Growth and Transformation as Head of Sales

Treatwell is revolutionizing the hair and beauty industry, and we're looking for a talented Head of Sales to lead our sales team in France. As a key member of our international team, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth, transforming the industry, and making your mark on our ever-growing business.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and influential leader who can adapt and execute our acquisition strategy to the local market. You'll be responsible for setting targets, defining market opportunities, analysing trends, and competition. Your expertise will drive growth targets, including increasing salon acquisition, down the funnel conversions for individuals and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy to drive growth and transformation in the French market
  • Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and track team performance, recognising high-performers and those that need more development
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings and present team performance
  • Collaborate with the international team to support Treatwell's Supply strategy
Requirements
  • Proven commercial experience with a history of managing the sales lifecycle and smashing targets
  • Demonstrated ability in leading and coaching a team of sales professionals
  • Persuasive and influential communicator with excellent CRM tools skills, preferably in Salesforce
  • Fluent in French and English
