- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and drive business growth.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer data, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Proven sales experience in the chemistry or life sciences industry, with a strong understanding of laboratory workflows and applications.
- Knowledge of analytical chemistry, biology, or a related field, with a focus on liquid chromatography and sample preparation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Fluency in French, with a good level of English proficiency.
