Are you enthusiastic about innovative technical solutions and enjoy guiding clients? In the role of a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing the sales performance of Aldes Groupe through your specialized knowledge and guidance. You will serve as the technical authority with a comprehensive approach to a diverse array of products recognized for their excellence in ventilation and thermal comfort.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical authority on Aldes products to provide optimal solutions to client inquiries.
  • Perform technical analyses to fulfill client requirements utilizing our established procedures and tools for quotations and estimates.
  • Investigate, substantiate, and propose the most effective solutions for our clients while preparing quotes that include alternative options.
  • Oversee follow-ups on quoted proposals in collaboration with the project manager.
  • Independently manage your schedule to monitor your forecasts and achieve your targets.
  • Engage in missions at one of our key clients two days a week.
  • Deliver customized support to our clients by presenting the most appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
  • Conduct technical evaluations and respond to client inquiries.
  • Ensure diligent follow-up on your proposals.

Your Profile:

With a degree in Thermal and Air Engineering, you have acquired initial experience through internships or apprenticeships. You possess knowledge in air systems, HVAC, acoustics, and fluid dynamics. You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service. Your understanding of market dynamics and competitors enables you to provide valuable advice and expertise to professional clients.
