Pomona Group is currently in search of a Sales Executive - GMS (H/F) for our TerreAzur network, specialists in fresh produce and seafood, to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivating and expanding client relationships within a designated region
• Processing client orders: cross-selling, introducing new products, and promotions
• Advising clients on product implementation, new offerings, and aisle optimization
• Collaborating with our merchandising team to create engaging in-store displays to drive sales
• Maintaining a strong field presence for effective client follow-up
• Building trust by tailoring product suggestions to meet client needs
• Managing disputes, payment processes, and collections
• Conducting activity reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the retail industry and a higher education qualification in commerce, agribusiness, management, or distribution. Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques, as well as proficiency in Excel and SAP, will be advantageous. Moreover, embodying the spirit of Pomona Group is essential.
