The Opportunity
This role is part of our Core Diagnostics Division in France, reporting to the Enterprise Solution Director. Our diagnostic solutions are used in hospitals, laboratories, and clinics worldwide, providing crucial information for patient care decision-making.
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will build strong relationships with our largest customers at senior levels. You will lead a targeted team to understand customers' business and network needs, creating solutions to enhance their operations and deliver better performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships to drive growth.
- Provide end-to-end diagnostics solutions to large enterprise accounts, focusing on retention, penetration, and growth.
- Lead a cross-functional team to execute a strategic account plan, coordinating activities across the customer and healthcare network.
- Develop and oversee account planning, sales forecasting, and contract negotiation.
- Provide leadership and commercial development to teams and individuals through coaching and mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 2+ years of experience as a consultative partner/seller managing B2B businesses.
- Experience working with executives and C-suites in the healthcare, informatics, communications, technology, or consultancy industry.
