Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive account planning and development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure flawless execution of account plans and strategies.
- Lead bid defense meetings, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts to win new business.
- Provide regular reports on account status, highlighting strengths, progress, and strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
- Solid understanding of the drug development process, including planning techniques, manufacturing, packaging, storage, and distribution technology in GMP & GDP environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in at least one additional business-relevant language.
- Ability to travel up to 30%, including international and overnight stays.
