Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to drive business growth and develop strategic relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive account planning and development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure flawless execution of account plans and strategies.
  • Lead bid defense meetings, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts to win new business.
  • Provide regular reports on account status, highlighting strengths, progress, and strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Solid understanding of the drug development process, including planning techniques, manufacturing, packaging, storage, and distribution technology in GMP & GDP environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in at least one additional business-relevant language.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, including international and overnight stays.
