ETF Product Line Manager

The Investment Fund Range Director role at AXA IM within the Product Lifecycle team is responsible for managing the product lines and lifecycle of investment funds, including Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs). Key responsibilities encompass overseeing investment product ranges, tailoring vehicles to meet local market demands, spearheading fund repositioning and closure initiatives, and contributing to strategic projects that influence fund ranges, such as EU retail investment strategies and value optimization efforts.
- Evaluate various dimensions of fund ranges, including Assets Under Management (AUM), portfolio compositions, performance metrics, fees, and competitive landscape
- Assess fund ranges for potential deficiencies, establish competitive positioning, and uphold a transparent fund structure
- Provide insights from competitor fund range evaluations to marketing and sales teams
- Enhance product offerings and pinpoint areas for enhancement
- Lead projects in collaboration with Product Development, Sales, Legal, and Operations departments
- Assist the funds' Board of Directors by preparing presentations and fulfilling ad hoc analysis requests
A Bachelor's degree is essential; additional qualifications in Asset Management or the ETF sector are advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position within the ETF sector, with a background in financial engineering
- In-depth knowledge of ETFs, including both passive and active strategies
- Proficient in English; fluency in French is preferred
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to oversee multiple complex projects concurrently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
