Investment Fund Range Supervisor

The Investment Fund Range Supervisor role at AXA IM within the Product Lifecycle team is focused on managing the product offerings and lifecycle of investment vehicles, including Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs). Key responsibilities encompass overseeing investment product lines, tailoring offerings to meet local market demands, leading fund repositioning and closure initiatives, and contributing to strategic projects that influence fund ranges, such as EU retail investment strategies and value optimization efforts.
- Oversee various dimensions of fund ranges, including Assets Under Management (AUM), portfolio compositions, performance metrics, fee structures, and competitive landscape
- Evaluate fund ranges for potential deficiencies, establish competitive positioning, and ensure a coherent fund structure
- Provide insights from competitor fund range assessments to marketing and sales teams
- Enhance product offerings and pinpoint areas for advancement
- Lead projects in partnership with Product Development, Sales, Legal, and Operations departments
- Assist the funds' Board of Directors by preparing presentations and fulfilling ad hoc analysis requests
A Bachelor's degree is essential; additional qualifications in Asset Management or the ETF sector are advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position within the ETF domain, ideally with a background in financial engineering.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ETFs, encompassing both passive and active strategies.
- Proficient in English; fluency in French is preferred.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple complex projects concurrently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
