Manager of Fund Product Lines

The Investment Fund Range Director role at AXA IM within the Product Lifecycle team is pivotal in managing the portfolio of investment products, including Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs). Key responsibilities encompass overseeing the product lifecycle, tailoring investment vehicles to meet regional market demands, spearheading fund repositioning and closure initiatives, and engaging in strategic projects that influence fund offerings, such as retail investment strategies and value optimization efforts.
- Evaluate diverse elements of fund portfolios, including Assets Under Management (AUM), portfolio composition, performance metrics, fee structures, and competitive landscape
- Conduct thorough analyses of fund offerings to identify potential gaps, establish competitive positioning, and ensure a coherent fund structure
- Share insights derived from competitor fund analysis with marketing and sales teams
- Enhance product offerings and pinpoint areas for enhancement
- Lead projects in partnership with Product Development, Sales, Legal, and Operations teams
- Assist the funds' Board of Directors by preparing comprehensive presentations and fulfilling ad hoc analytical requests
A Bachelor's degree is essential; additional credentials in Asset Management or the ETF sector are advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position within the ETF domain, ideally with a background in financial engineering
- In-depth knowledge of ETFs, encompassing both passive and active investment strategies
- Proficient in English; fluency in French is a plus
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple complex projects concurrently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
