About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Value Advisor to join our team at Atlassian. As a Business Value Advisor, you will work closely with our Enterprise Sales, Solution Engineering, Advisory Services, and Marketing teams to provide exceptional consultative support to our largest customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver customized business cases to executive-level stakeholders from our customers.
  • Work with internal and external research to leverage industry trends, market trends, and Atlassian product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with sales enablement to establish and provide enablement training on how direct sales and channel partners can best leverage value-based content and collateral.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in value consulting, management consulting, or strategy consulting from a top-tier consultancy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong influencing skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
