Position Overview

We are seeking a Spare Parts Manager for our maintenance division, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the spare parts inventory and collaborating with service providers alongside the existing storekeeper.

As a key member of a dedicated team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the replenishment of spare parts
  • Receiving spare parts both physically and electronically
  • Engaging in stock assessments
  • Conducting annual and monthly rolling inventories of spare parts
  • Creating and organizing items within the GMAO system, including their locations
  • Coordinating the shipping and receiving of parcels and machinery
  • Submitting purchasing requests and liaising with various suppliers
  • Comparing supplier quotes and making selections in consultation with management
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information in the GMAO
  • Ensuring alignment between orders in the GMAO and invoicing processes
  • Updating food safety certifications as necessary
