International Key Account Manager for Automotive Spare Parts

Job Summary

As a Retail International Key Account Manager for Automotive Spare Parts, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development for Bosch's retail channel in Europe and the Middle East. This position requires a strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and market share in the European retail market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including directors, sales teams, and logistics providers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the European retail market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communication, logistics, controlling, legal, tax, and business development, to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Manage and negotiate commercial agreements with clients, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Contribute to the development of EU marketing plans, including trend analysis and local requirements.
  • Share best practices with the EU team and participate in ad-hoc project management initiatives.
Requirements
  • Sales/Marketing master degree and/or Engineering degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in French and English, with a third EU language highly appreciated.
  • Independent automotive aftermarket knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • High interest in data and figures.
  • Problem-solving skills and critical thinking to propose mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Successful experience of managing major retail national accounts at head office level.
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills.
  • Good relationship building.
  • Excellent supervisory, evaluation, and reassessment experience.
  • Strong competence in working efficiently in a complex multi-faceted setting.
  • Flexible, autonomous, collaborative, innovative, results and future oriented.
  • High sense of responsibility, strategic thinking, positive and competitive attitude, teamwork minded.
  • Experience abroad is a plus (studies and/or professional).
  • Proficiency with basic MS package (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
