International Key Account Manager Automotive Spare Parts

As a Retail International Key Account Manager for Automotive Spare Parts, you will be responsible for playing a key role in new business pitches and ensuring the effective onboarding of new clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business proposals for new and existing opportunities.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Manage RFQs, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure international tax compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communication, logistics, controlling, legal, tax, and business development.
- Support local Retail Key Account Managers in local business development.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the EU marketing plan, including trend analysis and local requirements.
- Share best practices with the EU team and participate in ad-hoc project management initiatives.
Requirements:
- Sales or Marketing master's degree and/or Engineering degree.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in French and English, with a third EU language highly appreciated.
- Independent automotive aftermarket knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and data analysis.
- Problem-solving skills and critical thinking to propose mutually beneficial solutions.
About the Role:
This position is part of the Robert Bosch France entity, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts in the retail channel for automotive spare parts.
