International Key Account Manager Automotive Spare Parts

Responsibilities

As a Retail International Key Account Manager for Automotive Spare Parts, you will be responsible for playing a key role in new business pitches and ensuring the effective onboarding of new clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business proposals for new and existing opportunities.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Manage RFQs, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure international tax compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communication, logistics, controlling, legal, tax, and business development.
  • Support local Retail Key Account Managers in local business development.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of the EU marketing plan, including trend analysis and local requirements.
  • Share best practices with the EU team and participate in ad-hoc project management initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Sales or Marketing master's degree and/or Engineering degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in French and English, with a third EU language highly appreciated.
  • Independent automotive aftermarket knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and data analysis.
  • Problem-solving skills and critical thinking to propose mutually beneficial solutions.

About the Role:

This position is part of the Robert Bosch France entity, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts in the retail channel for automotive spare parts.
