Scientific Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scientific Project Manager to lead our Scientific Project Management Team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and project management within our organization.
About the RoleThe Scientific Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing resources, ensuring project alignment with company goals, and fostering effective communication among team members. You will work closely with our teams to prepare public funding applications, clearly defining project goals and structure, and ensuring they meet agency requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Scientific Project Management Team, overseeing resources and ensuring project alignment with company goals
- Work with our teams to prepare public funding applications, defining project goals and structure, and ensuring they meet agency requirements
- Ensure our project portfolio is up-to-date and accurate, leading regular Project Review meetings, and informing executive management about ongoing projects, milestones, issues, and risks
- Contribute to major decision-making processes, championing Project Management culture, and leading trainings
- Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Genomics, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related discipline
- Prior management experience, successfully leading a team of two or more project managers, scientists, engineers, or other professionals
- Robust project management and resource management capabilities, including task prioritization, resource allocation, and refusal when necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and proficiency in business-level French
