Drive Operational Excellence as Head of Scientific Project Management

At SFBI, we're united in our mission to push the boundaries of genomics and biology. As the Head of Scientific Project Management, you'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and project management within our organization.

About the Role
  • Lead our Scientific Project Management Team, overseeing resources and ensuring project alignment with company goals.
  • Improve project management processes and tools, championing a Project Management culture and leading trainings.
  • Work with teams to prepare public funding applications, defining project goals and structure.
  • Ensure our project portfolio is up-to-date and accurate, leading regular Project Review meetings and informing executive management.
Requirements
  • D. in Molecular Biology, Genomics, Bioinformatics, or a related discipline, or a Master's in a relevant scientific field with industry leadership experience.
  • Prior management experience, successfully leading a team of two or more project managers, scientists, engineers, or other professionals.
  • Robust project management and resource management capabilities, including task prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and proficiency in business-level French.
