Client Service Manager

As a Client Service Manager at Transatel, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfactory fulfillment of our contractual agreements with clients. This involves managing daily operations, responding to client requirements, and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Quickly learn and understand complex functions and procedures.
- Manage customer relations and ensure effective communication.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
- Manage communication, including atypical requests, changes, escalations, and major incidents.
- Act as the internal representative for clients, handling their requests and ensuring high Quality of Service demands are met.
- Write Service Reviews, adhering to KPIs and SLAs.
- Ensure Quality of Service commitments by managing major incidents and implementing action plans for improvement.
- With time, manage the launch of incoming clients for our MVNO and IoT services, including configuration and training of operational teams.
- Bac + 5 degree from Ecole d'Ignénieur or equivalent, with experience in a Service Management role in an IT environment.
- Strong communication skills, with excellent interpersonal leadership abilities.
- Confidence in communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritization, rigor, and organization are essential for this position.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required for our international environment.
