As part of our team, you will be integrated into the International Mobility Solutions (IMS) department.
Department Overview
The IMS department is responsible for managing International Assignments within the AXA Group. Our mission encompasses:
- Exceptional customer service
- Technical proficiency
- Administrative support
At the start of your internship, you will receive comprehensive training on International Mobility topics and processes from our IMS specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist a team of International Mobility Specialists in coordinating all logistical elements of an International Assignment, including:
- Maintaining an assignment database
- Preparing cost estimates, assignment package calculations, and contractual documents
- Managing enrollment, modifications, and terminations for personal insurance coverage
- Coordinating vendor activities, which include:
- Initiating/canceling and consolidating vendor-related information (relocation, removal, insurance, immigration, tax, temporary accommodation, language training, intercultural & security training, etc.)
- Overseeing invoicing and tracking vendor expenses
- Participating in operational tasks, such as generating reports, consolidating data, and assisting with the invoicing process as needed
- Engaging in cross-functional projects when required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources)
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of French is advantageous
- Ability to prioritize tasks, follow through to completion, and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and a sense of ownership, adhering to international mobility policies and operational guidelines
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs
- Comfortable working with numerical data
- Adaptable and collaborative team player with a hands-on approach
