About the Role

HUBCYCLE is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Spice & Herb Sales Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing our Spice & Herb category globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the Spice & Herb category
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sourcing and product management, to launch new products and drive sales
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Spice & Herb market
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets to ensure accurate revenue projections
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales or purchasing in the spice and herb industry
  • Perfect knowledge of the spice and herb industry B2B value chain
  • Strong network in the industry with a reputation for excellence
  • Experience in purchasing and selling internationally
  • Great communication and listening skills, with the ability to balance ego and propose solutions
  • Fluent English language skills, with any other language a plus
