The Role
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences from initial encounter to departure, ensuring a sense of 'until we meet again' rather than a simple goodbye.
- Provide passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to both external and internal guests at all times.
- Accurately and promptly check guests in and out of our hotel, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Brief non-Accor loyalty program members on its features and benefits, assisting them in signing up.
- Contribute to a top-notch guest experience as part of our enthusiastic Front Office team.
Requirements
- Experience in a Front Office or Reception role in a medium to large hotel is preferred but not essential.
- You will be a self-assured, sociable individual with an approachable demeanor, capable of establishing connections wherever you go.
- Excellent time management skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively with the team while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional with an abundance of energy, drive, and passion, able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
