Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our global business.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for bringing in new business development, working closely with the Commercial team and potential partners.
You will be 100% focused on outreach, calling key decision-makers, and fostering a collaborative environment that thrives on face-to-face interactions and teamwork.
Our employees work from the office four days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day each week.
Key Responsibilities- Outreach: Calling key decision-makers using phone, email, and social touches with the goal of bringing on new business.
- Leads: Contacting 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner, and documenting all call outcomes in the CRM.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales with a track record of success.
- Bilingual: English and French.

Our hiring process includes a screen call, video/In-person interview with the GM France, and a presentation with the Chief Commercial Officer and GM France.
